Dexters has strengthened its position as London’s largest estate agency group with the acquisition of Fraser & Co, adding four London offices and an international presence in Hong Kong to its growing network.
The deal brings more than 30 Fraser & Co employees into the Dexters business, taking the group’s workforce to around 2,400 people operating from more than 180 offices across the capital.
Founded in 1995, Fraser & Co has built a strong reputation in London’s prime property market, providing sales, lettings, property management and new homes services. The business operates from offices in the West End, City & Shoreditch, Kew Bridge & Brentford and Colindale, alongside a property management operation in Paddington and an overseas office in Hong Kong.
The acquisition further strengthens Dexters’ presence across key London markets and expands its international reach, providing additional access to overseas buyers seeking investment and residential opportunities in the capital.
GROWTH YEAR
The move follows another year of growth for Dexters. In its latest accounts, the group reported profits of £52m on turnover of £247m, continuing to expand despite wider challenges across the housing market.
Ash Kashyapm (main picture), CEO of Dexters, says: “We are delighted to welcome Fraser & Co to Dexters.
“Over the last three decades, the agency has grown from a family-run business to establish themselves as a trusted and highly respected agency delivering outstanding service to prime property clients across the capital and internationally. We look forward to helping them deliver the next phase of growth.”
MILESTONE MOMENT

Robert Fraser, Managing Director of Fraser & Co, says joining the Dexters group represented an important milestone for the business.
“We are proud to confirm that Fraser & Co is now part of Dexters Group, which is London’s leading estate agency.
“Dexters have continuously proven themselves to be market leaders, delivering exceptional results for their clients and championing local expertise. We are excited for this next chapter in our story.”
Chaired by former Sainsbury’s chief executive Justin King CBE, Dexters now manages property on behalf of more than 50,000 landlords and serves over 300,000 active buyers and tenants across London.
The acquisition continues a long-running expansion strategy that has seen the group become one of the most acquisitive agencies in the capital.
