Conveyancing panel management specialist CAL has relocated its Woking office to larger premises as the business continues to expand.
The company, which comprises Broker Conveyancing and Agent Conveyancing and forms part of the Movera group, has moved to Goldvale House in central Woking, providing additional workspace, modern meeting facilities and improved access for clients and partners.
Founded in Woking in 2002, CAL has maintained its presence in the Surrey town throughout its growth into one of the UK’s largest conveyancing panel management businesses. The move reflects continued expansion across both its client base and workforce.
Located close to Woking’s mainline railway station, the new office offers improved transport links for broker, estate agency and law firm partners visiting the business, while providing greater capacity to support future growth.
SUSTAINABILITY OBJECTIVES
The relocation also aligns with CAL’s sustainability objectives. Goldvale House incorporates a range of environmentally focused features, including energy-efficient lighting and electric vehicle charging facilities, supporting the company’s wider ambition to reduce the environmental impact of its operations.
The move comes as conveyancing and panel management firms continue to invest in technology, infrastructure and talent to support increasing demand from brokers, estate agents and consumers seeking greater efficiency within the home-moving process.
COLLABORATIVE EVOLUTION

Mark Tosetti, Chief Executive Officer at CAL, says: “Given the growth of the business over the past two years, both in terms of our client base and our team, it is important that our office space reflects our ambitions and provides an environment where our people can do their best work to support brokers and agents whatever their needs.
“Remaining in Woking was important to us, and this new space will support the next phase of evolution while ensuring we maintain our local roots.
“The team and I are excited to welcome our broker, agents and law firms into this space with us where possible, allowing us to collaborate more closely with clients and continue to build those all-important relationships.”
