The growth has been powered by soaring adoption of Zoopla’s newest vendor product, Prospect Plus, which has already enabled agents to list £430m worth of homes in the past four months alone.
Over the past four years, Zoopla has poured investment into building a deeply engaged homeowner audience – with one clear goal: to generate a steady flow of high-quality leads for agents.
That strategy is paying off. Zoopla is now the number one platform consumers turn to when valuing their home, with 67% choosing Zoopla first.
RECORD LEVELS
Engagement is at record levels too, with more than 1.3 million active homeowners returning to the platform every month.
This growing, data-rich audience is being channelled directly to agents through Zoopla’s expanding suite of vendor products — designed to connect motivated sellers with local experts at the right time.
DELIVERING RESULTS
Prospect Plus has quickly become Zoopla’s highest-converting vendor product, linking agents to high-intent homeowners who track their property’s value, equity position, and local demand trends through Zoopla.
With an average 43% conversion rate from lead to instruction, and adoption now exceeding 1,500 agency branches nationwide, the results are striking.
In just four months, agents using Prospect Plus have listed over £430 million in property, while those targeting specific outcodes have seen a 154% uplift in high-intent valuation leads.
Agents can also explore Zoopla’s new interactive tool on Zoopla for Business to pinpoint the number of prospects in their area and estimate the potential returns from Prospect Plus.
