Zoopla has launched new features in its MyHome tool for homeowners designed to increase consumer engagement and generate higher quality seller leads for agents.
Over 4.5m homeowners are currently subscribed to Zoopla’s free MyHome tool which helps them understand and track the value of their home, including their housing equity and what is selling nearby.
Now Zoopla has launched a buyer demand tool within MyHome that helps would-be sellers understand the number of searches that their home would appear in based on three different price levels and the scale of the competition for similar priced homes.
This is a first for the UK market and is designed to get sellers considering the link between pricing and buyer interest before speaking to an agent.
ENHANCED COMPARISON TOOL

The MyHome upgrade also includes a new enhanced agent comparison tool which helps would-be sellers to compare local agents in their area by number of homes for sale, similar homes previously listed and average listing time.
The results are personalised to the potential seller’s property that is claimed on MyHome.
Zoopla says that this helps sellers find an agent that matches their property faster, driving more high quality leads for agents and that with six out of 10 (61%) of consumers coming to the portal first for a valuation will strengthen its market position.
INCREASED COMMISSION
Both the upgrades and continued growth in the size of the MyHome subscriber base have supported a 14% increase in high-intent seller leads to agents from the MyHome audience between Q1 2025 and Q2 2025.
With overall homes for sale across the market increasing, sellers are looking for tools and insights that can better inform them on their local market.
“Zoopla is able to deliver higher quality seller leads to agents.”
By educating tomorrow’s sellers and encouraging them to contact estate agents via MyHome, Zoopla says that it is able to deliver higher quality seller leads to agents.
The average value of a claimed property in MyHome is also £47,000 more than a typical property in the region it’s located. This seller audience also unlocks a greater potential commission value for agents.
SERIOUS SELLERS
Some 700,000 of MyHome’s 4.5 million subscribers have indicated that they are serious sellers who are ready to move over the next 12 months, providing a pipeline of high-intent and motivated movers with high-value properties to agents.
Agents can get access to these prospects through Prospect Plus, Zoopla’s new flagship vendor product, which has a high conversion rate of 43 per cent lead to instruction.
“Our focus is to ensure that we’re giving agents access to motivated sellers.”
Rich Hayes (main picture, inset), Chief Operating Officer at Zoopla, says: “Zoopla’s MyHome subscribers are highly engaged with the value of their home and what is selling in their local area and their feedback has informed MyHome’s latest upgrades and enhancements.
“Our focus is to ensure that we’re giving agents access to motivated sellers that drive an excellent return on investment.
“As we continue to innovate at pace, we’re confident that this audience will continue to grow in both size and quality and generate more value for our agent partners.”
