Zoopla has unveiled Prospect Plus, a powerful new product designed to deliver estate agents direct access to homeowners who are ready to move within the next 12 months – unlocking what it estimates to be over £2 billion in potential commission revenue.
The new tool leverages data from Zoopla’s MyHome platform, which has grown to over four million UK homeowners using it to track their property’s value, housing equity, and local market trends.
Within this highly engaged user base, 700,000 homeowners have signalled an intent to move in the coming year, creating a significant pool of motivated vendors.
Positioned as a high-ROI solution, Prospect Plus is already in use by over 150 agent branches, with early data showing a conversion rate of more than 40% from valuation requests to instructions.
