Zoopla brings ‘Property Pitch’ series to London’s Kia Oval with top industry voices

Zoopla is set to bring its acclaimed Property Pitch roadshow to London this June, capping off a nationwide tour with a high-profile gathering at The Kia Oval.

Scheduled for 19 June, the London leg of the event will see over 200 estate agents and industry leaders converge on one of Britain’s most iconic cricket venues for an evening of market insight, strategic updates, and high-level networking.
The event forms part of Zoopla’s broader initiative to deepen relationships with agents across the UK and reinforce its competitive position in the portal space.

Rich Hayes, Zoopla’s Chief Operating Officer, will present the company’s Vision 2025 – outlining key investment plans and strategies to boost agent ROI and strengthen the portal’s claim as the home of the UK’s largest active mover audience.

The evening will conclude with a keynote from cricketing legend David Gower OBE and a rooftop networking reception overlooking the famous Oval pitch—a nod to Zoopla’s ongoing brand partnership with English cricket.

Hayes says: “It’s been invaluable connecting directly with agents through our Property Pitch tour.

“The message we’re hearing loud and clear is that agents want more support turning traffic into transactions.

“We’re focused on giving them the tools and data they need to do just that.

“Our London event will showcase exactly how we plan to help agents win more business in the years ahead.”

Previous events in the series – held at Old Trafford, Headingley, and other major venues – have earned plaudits from attendees for combining practical insight with standout settings.
