Yopa has been named among the top-performing estate agents in the UK after being included in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2026.
The annual guide, regarded as one of the most comprehensive assessments of UK estate agencies, evaluates more than 11,400 agents against criteria including property marketing, customer service and sales performance.
This year, Yopa received an Excellent Sales Award in recognition of its marketing, service standards and results.
The Best Estate Agent Guide was created to help sellers and landlords identify high-performing agents in their local area through a consistent, data-led assessment process.
