The team behind the World Class Real Estate podcast is set to launch a new annual training workbook aimed at helping estate agencies improve performance, consistency and leadership development across their businesses.
Co-hosts Mark Worrall and Ian Macbeth (main picture) will unveil the WCRE Annual Manual 2026, a structured training resource designed for senior negotiators, branch managers and agency owners.
The manual draws together the most practical insights shared by guests on the podcast during 2025, translating them into an actionable framework for use within estate agency teams.
Rather than presenting theory or high-level commentary, the workbook focuses on implementation.
EMBEDDED LEARNING
Content is organised around core operational areas including cashflow management, profitability, marketing, best practice and day-to-day operational improvement.
Each section includes space for reflection, agreed actions and tracking progress, allowing teams to embed learning into their routine working practices.
The manual has been designed to support consistent professional development without adding complexity or time pressure.
It is intended for use in regular agency settings such as morning meetings, one-to-ones, weekly training sessions and leadership discussions, providing managers with a practical structure for coaching and accountability.
RAISING STANDARDS
According to the podcast’s creators, the aim is to help agencies raise standards across the sector by making training more accessible, relevant and repeatable, particularly at branch level where performance is most directly influenced.
As part of the launch, a proportion of proceeds from the WCRE Annual Manual 2026 will be donated to Agents Giving.
The initiative also acknowledges the wider work of Agents Together and the late Sarah Edmundson, as well as ongoing industry fundraising for Breast Cancer Now through Women in Estate Agency.
The manual will be released in a limited print run, with early access available via a waiting list. Agencies interested in team-wide or bulk orders are being encouraged to register ahead of release.
SIMPLE STRUCTURE

Ian Macbeth, co-host of World Class Real Estate and co-founder of Avocado Property, says: “We wanted to create something that gives agents and managers a simple structure they can actually follow – the kind of training tool many of us wish we’d had earlier in our careers. This workbook is designed to be used, not just read.”
Mark Worrall, co-host of World Class Real Estate, adds: “The podcast has always been about helping the industry improve. The workbook is the natural next step.
“It’s a hands-on guide that helps teams apply what they learn in a meaningful way.”
