Weston Homes and Royal London mark milestone at £110m Bracknell BTR scheme

Weston Homes and Royal London Asset Management Property (RLAM Property) have celebrated a major construction milestone at Bracknell Beeches, a £110.1 million build-to-rent (BTR) scheme that will deliver 349 new homes adjacent to Bracknell station.

The ‘topping out’ ceremony marked the completion of the first building’s structural frame on the seven-block development, which ranges from four to 16 storeys.
Bracknell Beeches is the first BTR project between Weston Homes and RLAM Property, with Royal London acquiring the site from Weston and appointing Weston Partnerships to deliver the scheme.

Due to complete in phases, the development will provide one to three-bedroom apartments in landscaped surroundings, just five minutes from the town centre and 100 metres from Bracknell station – offering direct connections to London Waterloo in just over an hour.
