Wates Launches 153-Home Wembley Scheme

Wates Residential has unveiled The Pages, a 153-home development in Wembley, marking a major new scheme for the housebuilder in the capital.

The project comprises one, two and three-bedroom apartments arranged around a landscaped courtyard, with a marketing suite and show home now open to the public. The scheme is designed to combine high-specification homes with shared spaces aimed at fostering a sense of community.
Residents will have access to a lounge and co-working space, community hall and retail units intended for independent businesses, alongside podium gardens, concierge services and 442 cycle spaces. The courtyard will be open to the public during the day, linking the development with the wider Wembley Park area.

The four residential buildings are named after Olympic athletes, reflecting Wembley’s sporting heritage, while wide pedestrian routes connect the site to surrounding amenities and transport hubs.

Nat Hall, Sales and Marketing Director at Wates Residential, said: “The Pages is hugely exciting for Wates Residential. It’s a place where collaborative design, urban-green living, and genuine community connection are combined to create something truly special.

“We’re proud to be setting a new benchmark for what urban living can be and The Pages is a shining example of our commitment to building places where everyone can thrive.”

The architecture blends traditional brickwork with contemporary detailing.

Homes feature Silestone worktops, Bosch appliances, underfloor heating, triple-glazed windows and private balconies or terraces. Sustainability measures include two communal air source heat pumps, low-energy lighting and enhanced landscaping, with 88 new trees planted across the site.

The development sits between Wembley Park and Wembley town centre, close to Wembley Stadium, Wembley Central and Wembley Park stations, offering access to central London in around 11 minutes.

A PLACE TO BELONG

Hall adds: “This is more than just a place to live – it’s a place to belong. With its outstanding amenities, green space, and proximity to world-class entertainment, it is the perfect home for Londoners to lay down roots at attainable prices.”

Prices start from £415,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, with first completions expected in Q3/Q4 2026.
