VIVID gets top ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing

The Regulator of Social Housing has reaffirmed housing association VIVID’s highest ratings for governance (G1) and financial viability (V1) in its latest review.

This continues VIVID’s track record of top ratings since it was established in 2017.
They represent the highest benchmark in the housing sector and reaffirm the housing association’s position as a financially robust organisation with exceptional governance standards.

Mark Perry (main picture), Chief Executive of VIVID, says: “This is a huge vote of continued confidence in our business.”

AFFORDABLE HOMES

And he adds: It demonstrates that we have strong governance and financial resilience, which enables us to keep continuously improving our services, maintaining customers’ homes and delivering many more new affordable homes which are so urgently needed.

“It also provides a fantastic platform for even more growth and is a great reflection of the hard work and dedication of our team.

“We’re not complacent though – we’ll keep striving to maintain these high standards and improve what we offer to customers every day.”
