The Property Sourcing Company is launching what it claims is the UK’s first purpose-built mobile app designed to streamline property investment from sourcing through to acquisition.
The membership-based platform will give investors access to off-market and below-market-value properties nationwide, aiming to tackle what the firm describes as a fragmented and time-intensive sourcing process.
Developed by investors for investors, the app provides transparent access to deals and tiered service upgrades, including early access to opportunities and dedicated account management.
Users can track property values and rental income within the platform, with a seven-day free trial available ahead of full subscription.
PROFESSIONAL SOURCING
TPSC is part of The Property Buying Company, founded in 2012 by Jonny Christie and Karl McArdle (main picture, left to right). The group says it has bought, sold and traded more than 5,000 properties across the UK and now aims to bring “professional-level sourcing capabilities” to investors via a single digital ecosystem.
The app will officially launch on 28 February 2026 at an investor event in Manchester held in partnership with specialist lender Together, with speakers including TV presenter Dion Dublin and property commentator Oliver Adams.
