The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has agreed a deal with Street.co.uk to roll out its CRM platform across all Newton Fallowell offices, marking a major technology upgrade for the franchise network.
Under the agreement, every Newton Fallowell branch will transition to Street.co.uk for both sales and lettings.
Implementation is already underway, with teams from TPFG and Street.co.uk working together on the rollout.
The first offices are expected to go live early next year, with full migration across the network targeted by the end of Q1.
END-TO-END PLATFORM
Street.co.uk offers an end-to-end platform covering sales, lettings, property management and client accounting, bringing multiple operational functions into a single system.
Developed over the past six years, the platform has gained rapid traction in the estate agency sector, supported by a visual, data-led dashboard designed to help agents monitor performance and key business metrics.
TPFG said the move is intended to simplify day-to-day administration across the Newton Fallowell network, freeing up agents to focus on customer service, compliance and relationship-building as competition and regulatory demands continue to increase.
