The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has expanded its long-standing partnership with iamproperty by rolling out the firm’s Marketing Toolkit lead generation platform across 142 branches in a move designed to increase valuations and boost instruction conversions.
The platform will be deployed across several of TPFG’s sales brands, including Hunters, Whitegates and Mullucks, as the group looks to strengthen its front-end marketing capability and create a more centralised approach to lead generation.
TPFG, which is the UK’s largest multi-brand lettings and estate agency franchising group, said the rollout is intended to help agents generate more valuation opportunities and improve conversion rates during the appraisal process.
The latest move builds on a relationship between the two firms that dates back more than a decade. TPFG first partnered with iamproperty in 2013 for auction services before expanding the partnership in 2021 to include iamproperty’s movebutler platform for AML checks and digital onboarding.

iamproperty’s Marketing Toolkit includes a Market Appraisal module designed to support the entire valuation journey, from pre-appointment communications and in-room presentation tools through to post-appointment follow-ups. The system is aimed at helping agents improve conversion rates while providing a structured digital process around property instructions.
