Property lender Together has started a multi-million pound building project to upgrade its £39million Greater Manchester headquarters as it plans for future growth.
Work has started on the major transformation project to provide a link between the lender’s Lakeside and Lake View office buildings at Cheadle Royal Business Park, Stockport.
Together has released new computer-generated imagery, which shows how the new link building will look when completed.
It will include a new reception, a gym and shower block and a hairdressing salon, among other improvements such as refurbishments to the to the canteen and kitchen.

The latest images and video show sweeping views through the double-height lobby and into a new business lounge, the hi-tech boardroom, break-out and informal meeting spaces.
The project is expected to cost about £8million and is planned to be completed by summer 2026.

Principal contractor Barnfield Construction Ltd. began demolition of the previous façade of Lakeside last month after Stockport Borough Council agreed planning consent in 2023.

The architect is C4 Projects Limited, interior and principal designer and XO Square as the project’s structural and civil engineer.
Artal Ltd acted as the employers’ agents and surveyors, with Speakman Contractors Ltd as the mechanical and electrical design consultants, Assent as the construction, design and management advisors.
Together is a UK-wide specialist property lender with a loan book of £8billion and is a major employer in Stockport and Greater Manchester with more than 850 staff.
