United Kingdom Sotheby’s International Realty (UKSIR) has welcomed Gareth Jones, Charles Davis and Irina Gamagina to its growing sales team.

With decades of experience in London’s prime property market, all three new hires bring invaluable expertise that strengthens the company’s ongoing commitment to world-class service and discretion in the high-end property market.
Gareth Jones joins as Senior Director – Sales (Consultant), with a career spanning over 25 years in prime residential sales across Kensington and Chelsea.

Known for his adept handling of landmark sales, Jones has held senior roles at Maskells in Kensington, Carter Jonas in Holland Park and spent a decade with Knight Frank’s super prime house department.

His recent transactions include trophy homes on Holland Park, Addison Road and Kensington Palace Gardens.

Charles Davis, who joins as a Director – Sales, has over 20 years of experience in London’s prime residential development market.

Specialising in areas such as the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, the City of Westminster and along the River Thames, Davis has witnessed and contributed to the evolution of prime new-build properties.

He began his career in Mayfair and St. James’s before becoming Head of Flat Sales at Hamptons International in Kensington, where he managed high-profile projects like Academy Gardens and Thornwood Gardens.

During his time as Director of Sales at Jo Webster Properties, he led Native Land’s latest developments, later advancing to a Partner at Knight Frank’s prime residential development team.

Davis also led sales and marketing for a new development on the Italian Riviera and co-founded a boutique advisory service, offering tailored strategies to high-networth clients.

Meanwhile, Irina Gamagina has been hired as a Director – Sales (Consultant), bringing 12 years of experience and a deep understanding of the luxury property sector.

Having started her career as an equity sales analyst at Goldman Sachs, Gamagina transitioned into luxury property at Harrods Estates, before founding her own boutique agency, First London Property Ltd., which specialised in exclusive developments in prime central London.
