Chestertons, Chase Buchanan and Balgores Property have signed on the line with fast-growing platform The Property DriveBuy.
The geo-location app is shaking up the way buyers discover homes by replacing the restrictive postcode and price filters used by traditional portals with a real-time, location-driven experience.
As buyers travel through an area, DriveBuy automatically displays nearby properties for sale or rent, complete with internal images, floor plans and video tours – surfacing homes buyers might otherwise never have found.
The approach gives estate agents broader exposure for their listings, enabling them to reach out-of-area buyers and boost lead conversion rates, all without the escalating subscription fees associated with mainstream portals.
GROWING APPETITE
Chestertons, founded in 1805, is one of Britain’s oldest and most respected agencies, with 44 branches and a strong foothold in London’s prime residential market.
Chase Buchanan, part of the Campions Group alongside Chestertons, operates 14 offices across South West London and the South West of England, offering sales, lettings and property management services.
Balgores Property, a multi-award-winning family-run agency established in 2002, is one of the most recognisable names in Essex and Kent.
Their decision to join DriveBuy underscores a growing appetite among established agencies to adopt technology that meets changing consumer expectations and opens up new ways to market homes.
DEFINING MOMENT
The announcement follows recent partnerships with TAUK (The Agency UK) and major housebuilders Miller Homes and Thakeham.
Steve Foreman (main picture, inset), Founder and Chief Executive of The Property DriveBuy, says: “Welcoming Chestertons, Chase Buchanan and Balgores to The Property DriveBuy marks a defining moment in our journey to modernise how people discover homes.
“These are three of the most dynamic and forward-thinking agencies in the UK, and their decision to join our platform speaks volumes about the future of property search.
“We’re moving away from rigid filters and postcode boxes to a world where buyers connect with homes as they experience neighbourhoods in real time and on their terms. With these partners on board, even more buyers will have instant access to some of the country’s most desirable properties – exactly when and where they’re looking.”
