Alto has unveiled the UK’s most-used PropTech tools for 2026 – based not on opinion, but real usage data from its Marketplace over the past year.
The list highlights the platforms agents are relying on daily to win instructions, stay compliant, reduce admin and keep sales and lettings progressing.
According to Alto, Marketplace usage surged by more than 60% in 2025, giving one of the clearest snapshots yet of where agents are putting their time and money.
Topping the list is GetAgent Exchange, which turns out-of-area leads into revenue.
LEADING TOOLS
Alto also identified the leading tools by category. For winning new instructions, Alto Prospecting powered by Sprift leads the way.
SmartSearch dominates AML and KYC compliance for sales and lettings. Goodlord tops tenant onboarding, PropertyBox leads property marketing and HomeLet is most used for tenant referencing and rent guarantee.
