The Propertymark Trust launches its Class of 26 initiative

One of the core objectives of the Propertymark Trust is the promotion of and support for those seeking to obtain Propertymark qualifications.

Educational grants for those unable to meet the financial cost of obtaining qualifications have been at the heart of The Trust’s activities.
Following the highly successful Class of 25 initiative last year the Trust has announced that another tranche of bursaries is being made available for those that apply in 2026.

Feedback from the initial group has been excellent with CeeJay, who completed his Level Three qualification with a bursary from the Trust saying: “I am incredibly grateful to The Propertymark Trust for supporting my career progression and giving me the opportunity to sit my Level 3 certificate in property agency.”

DOOR OPENING

She added: “This opportunity has not only opened doors to new career possibilities but has also allowed me to further enhance my knowledge and skills within the property industry.

“The support has made, and will continue to make, a real difference in my personal development, and I am committed to applying what I have learned to provide excellent service in my role.”

A strictly limited number of scholarship bursaries for up to 100% of the costs of learning materials.

Propertymark membership and examination fees are again available and potential scholars are invited to apply for funding by completing the straightforward application form which includes a requirement to state why they want to obtain the Level 3 qualification in either sales, lettings or property management.

FANTASTIC INITIATIVE

Michael Day (main picture, inset), Chair of the Education Group at the Propertymark Trust, says: “We are delighted to be able to extend this fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers.

“The initial intake in 2025 was over-subscribed and we are therefore delighted to be able to extend the scheme to help more applicants in 2026.

“Places in our Class of 2026 are limited, so we encourage anyone interested to submit their application without delay.”

Applications for the first tranche of scholarship bursaries this year must be received by the end of January 2026, the Trustees will then conduct interviews and select those who are successful.
