The Guild of Property Professionals has once again reinforced its status as one of the UK’s most trusted property networks, with over 80 of its Member offices earning ‘Best in Postcode’ awards in the 2025 ESTAS – a distinction that now positions them for regional and national honours at this year’s prestigious ceremony.
Set to take place at Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London, on 17 October 2025, the 22nd annual ESTAS Awards will bring together more than 1,000 of the UK’s leading estate agents, conveyancers, and mortgage brokers to celebrate customer service excellence across the sector.
Judging is based entirely on verified customer reviews, submitted at the end of a completed property transaction and rigorously vetted through the ESTAS online platform – ensuring that only authentic feedback is recognised.
Guild-affiliated agents now find themselves in contention for a range of accolades, including regional and national estate agency titles and the highly competitive ‘Best Guild Member Award’, presented to the top-performing Guild office. The Guild itself has also secured a place on the shortlist for The ESTAS Supplier Awards, a category that spotlights excellence in service delivery among industry suppliers.
