The Guild of Property Professionals launches 2025 Local Meetings Tour

The Guild of Property Professionals has unveiled its 2025 season of local meetings.

Beginning on 19 February 2025 the tour will run until 22 October 2025.
These regional events will take place across the UK, providing Guild Members with invaluable opportunities to learn, collaborate and strengthen their networks.

These meetings are designed to foster a sense of community among Guild Members, enabling them to share insights and discuss region-specific challenges.

ROBUST NETWORK

As independent estate agencies, Guild Members benefit from the support of a robust network of property professionals who can offer guidance and expertise. With the Guild, independent estate agents are empowered to operate in business for themselves, but not by themselves.

Steven McCabe, Account Manager at The Guild, adds: “The local meetings are a fantastic forum for Members to exchange best practices and solutions that have worked in overcoming challenges.

“We aim to include a representative from the National Advisory Council at each meeting to provide additional insight.”

TIME TO CONNECT

Beyond peer collaboration, the meetings also serve as a platform for Guild Account Managers to connect directly with Members.

Managers will share updates about network developments, market analysis, and key insights from property market data. Each session aligns with the Guild’s core mission: to help Members increase profitability, reduce costs, and remain compliant with industry regulations.

LEVEL PLAYING FIELD

Iain McKenzie (main picture), Chief Executive of The Guild of Property Professionals, says: “As always, our goal is to support our Members and ensure that they have what they need to succeed and grow their businesses.

“Many independent agencies are competing with larger corporate brands with more resource – being a part of a network such as the Guild provides them with access to a wide range of tools, services, and expertise that can level the playing field.

“By collaborating and sharing best practices, our Members can enhance their offerings, build stronger relationships with their clients, and ultimately achieve greater success in an increasingly competitive market.”
