The Guild of Property Professionals is gearing up for another strong showing at this year’s ESTAS, aiming to retain its title as Best Agency Network (Rated by Customers) for another consecutive year.
Ahead of the awards ceremony, the Guild will host a special drinks reception for its Members at its Park Lane office on Friday.
The event brings together agents from across the UK to celebrate achievements, connect with peers, and strengthen the sense of community that defines the network.
The reception serves as a prelude to the 22nd annual ESTAS Awards, taking place at Grosvenor House Hotel on 17th October 2025.
CELEBRATING ACHIEVEMENTS
More than 80 Guild Member offices have already been recognised with ‘Best in Postcode’ awards, automatically shortlisting them for regional and national titles to be revealed at the ceremony.

The ESTAS Awards honour the best agents, conveyancers and brokers in the UK, with winners determined by verified customer reviews.
The Guild’s impressive shortlist reflects the consistently high standards across its network and demonstrates the benefits of being part of a national brand while retaining local independence.
Beyond recognition, Guild membership offers agents a supportive professional network, where ideas can be shared, successes celebrated, and long-term relationships built. In addition to competing for regional and national categories, the Guild will attend the ESTAS as a four-time winner of the Agency Network Award (2021-2024), based on public reviews of Guild Members.
One Member office will also be named ‘Best Guild Member’, determined by the highest ESTAS score.
