The Guild launches new member marketing packs

The Guild of Property Professionals has launched a new Marketing Pack Service to help Members stand out in an increasingly digital-first market.

Available in three tiers, the packs combine high-quality creative assets – including professional photography, drone footage, floor plans and video content from Focal Agent – with digital campaigns and social media tools to maximise property visibility and attract the right buyers.
Each property marketed through the service also receives premium exposure in Residence, The Guild’s new national property magazine aimed at the upper quartile of the market.

The packs can be ordered, customised and tracked through The Guild’s Members Hub, with Stripe payment integration allowing vendors to pay for their chosen package upfront if they wish.

By blending traditional marketing with digital amplification, The Guild says the new service will help Members secure more listings, increase client visibility, and reinforce their position as trusted market leaders.
