Cornflakes and Compliance, The Guild of Property Professionals’ weekly compliance video series, has now reached its 150th episode.
Hosted by Paul Offley (main picture), The Guild’s Compliance Officer, Cornflakes and Compliance has become an essential resource for Guild Members, providing practical insights and updates on key industry regulations.
Each week, Offley tackles a range of compliance topics which includes the latest legislation such as the Renters’ Rights Act and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, to best practice advice and answers to questions sent in from Guild Members.
What began as a way to keep Members informed over a quick morning coffee has grown into one of The Guild’s most valued knowledge-sharing initiatives.
