The Agency UK signs up 200 agents to new geo-location app

Property DriveBuy has secured its first major partner with The Agency UK, which has committed more than 200 agents to the new geo-location property search platform.

The app aims to shake up the traditional property portal model by replacing filter-based searches with a live, location-driven experience.
Prospective buyers can view available homes as they pass them, instantly accessing internal photos, floor plans and video tours.

The approach is designed to uncover opportunities in areas buyers may not otherwise consider, while providing estate agents with broader exposure and improved chances of attracting out-of-area purchasers.

PORTAL ALTERNATIVE

The Agency UK, co-founded by estate agency veteran Andy Vass, has grown rapidly as a nationwide network of self-employed agents.

Its decision to adopt Property DriveBuy highlights appetite among agents for alternatives to mainstream portals, particularly those offering expanded reach without the cost of rising subscription fees.

Steve Foreman, founder and chief executive of Property DriveBuy, says: “Securing The Agency UK as an early adopter is a fantastic validation of our vision to transform the way property is searched and sold.

“With over 200 agents now on board, it demonstrates that the industry is ready for a fresh alternative to the big portals. For buyers, this means discovering homes they might otherwise miss, and for agents, it’s a chance to get in front of those buyers in a way that’s both proactive and cost-effective.”

The platform is free to use during its launch phase, with a £199 monthly subscription per agency due only once it has established meaningful lead generation.
