Taylor Rose has announced a wave of senior appointments and internal promotions as it continues to grow its national footprint and expand into new legal markets.
The firm has made significant hires across its commercial and residential property teams and launched a new business immigration offering as part of its broader corporate strategy.
Daniel Addrison joins as Partner in the Commercial Property team. Formerly a partner at Tollers in Stevenage, Addrison brings over a decade of experience, having qualified at Moon Bever (now Wedlake Bell). He will focus on team growth, integration across Taylor Rose offices, and advising developers and investors.
In residential property, Puja Dutta has been appointed Head of New Build and Shared Ownership. A solicitor with over 18 years’ post-qualification experience – 10 at partner level – Dutta will lead efforts to strengthen the firm’s position in the new build sector by building a dynamic team and delivering high-value client service.
STRATEGIC FOCUS
Taylor Rose has also appointed Victoria Welsh as Partner and Head of Business Immigration, marking the firm’s entry into the immigration law space. With 23 years of legal experience – including over 13 specialising in UK immigration – Welsh previously launched the immigration department at Laytons LLP. Her new team will advise corporate and private clients on sponsor licences, visas, Home Office compliance, and family-related immigration matters.
INTERNAL PROMOTIONS
Patrick Ansell has been promoted to Legal Head of Litigation. He joined the firm in 2015, became Partner in 2018, and previously served as Head of Property Litigation. His expertise spans contentious property, professional negligence, debt recovery, and contract disputes.
David Webb steps up as Legal Head of Dispute Resolution (Injury). A solicitor since 2004, Webb has handled some of the most complex injury claims, including brain injuries and limb loss. He also brings niche expertise in sports and golfing injury claims.
Meta Panchamia was promoted to Director of Dispute Resolution in April. With over 25 years’ experience, she specialises in commercial litigation and insolvency, and has led high-profile multi-jurisdictional cases across the US, UAE, and India.
INVESTING IN PEOPLE

Adrian Jaggard, Taylor Rose Chief Executive, says: “These appointments and promotions reflect our strategic focus on strengthening key areas of our business.
“As we continue to grow our offering and geographical presence in key areas, it’s vital we invest in the right people.
“Each of these individuals brings exceptional expertise and leadership that will help us deliver even greater value to our clients and support our long-term strategic vision.”
