After completing their guided inspection, users can ask up to three specific questions about their findings. Within 48 hours, a qualified surveyor responds with practical, tailored advice based on the user’s report — providing clarity and confidence before decisions are made.
The Genie service not only empowers homebuyers but also helps sellers and estate agents meet the proposed Government requirement that information from searches and surveys be made available before a listing is published.
