Strutt & Parker rolls out major rebrand

Strutt & Parker has unveiled a major rebrand as it looks to strengthen its position in the prime and rural property markets.

The overhaul includes a new logo, refreshed marketing materials and a nationwide office redesign (CGI image, main picture), marking a significant evolution for the 140-year-old consultancy.
The updated identity centres on a refined visual style, including a new claret colour palette and a reworked wordmark featuring the firm’s signature ampersand.

The changes are designed to position the brand more firmly in the premium segment, while retaining links to its heritage.

GROWTH STRATEGY

The rebrand forms part of a wider growth strategy following recent investment from BNP Paribas, alongside a recruitment drive across key markets and an increased focus on high-value residential and rural sectors.
