Street.co.uk has unveiled its revolutionary new vendor onboarding journey to become the first and only CRM to facilitate fully automated, integrated, Property Information Questionnaires (PIQs) directly within their platform – streamlining a process which once took days into just one hour.
Revealed late last month duringStreet.co.uk’s Showcase Event, the brand-new Property Information Questionnaires completely automate the process of collecting Material Information to minimise the compliance burden on agents.
When creating a PIQ inStreet.co.uk, the platform highlights any question that captures Material Information (including Parts B & C), helping agents ensure all requirements are met. These custom-created, digital questionnaires are automatically sent to the Vendor’s App for completion to ensure listings are accurate and comprehensive, while providing a convenient and modern client experience.
INSTANTLY SYNC
Once the questionnaire is submitted back to the agent, all property data and answers instantly sync with the Street CRM – allowing agencies to simplify their tech stack, eliminate duplicate data entry and speed up the property’s time to market.
Using the data collected, agents can now write listings in seconds using Street AI’s Property Description Generator and send for approval directly within the Vendor App – saving agents endless hours of back and forth with their clients.
HANDS ON
Street.co.uk agents couldn’t wait to get their hands on the new onboarding workflow – with over 3,500 custom property information questions created by users in just two weeks of launching, and over 600 completed PIQs submitted back from vendors. What’s more, an astounding 80% of vendors using the mobile app have approved or made edits to their listings through the new digital onboarding process.
Street.co.uk agent and Director of Normie, Josh Gertler, says: “Street.co.uk’s digital vendor onboarding has transformed our vendor and property onboarding processes. Now, all pre-listing tasks, including Property Information Questionnaires and property listing approvals, are seamlessly handled within one platform. This new approach provides us with a clear way of collating essential property details, particularly those relating to Material Information, with all information automatically stored within our CRM.”
FEEDBACK LOOP
The app has also significantly improved the feedback loop with vendors, ensuring a frictionless experience for them while enabling us to promptly address any listing changes. What previously took days of back-and-forth email or message exchanges can now be completed in as little as an hour, enhancing our overall business operations.”
