Letting agents using Street.co.uk can now register tenant utilities directly from within the CRM thanks to a new integration with One Utility Bill’s Notify platform.
The link-up means tenant, property and move-in details flow automatically into Notify, removing the need for agents to re-key information.
Utility registrations are then managed in the background by One Utility Bill, cutting paperwork and speeding up the move-in process.
For agents, the integration promises to save more than 50 hours of admin time each month while generating commission on every tenancy.

Notify already connects with other leading agency CRMs including Reapit, SME Professional and Acquaint.
The addition of Street.co.uk further expands its ecosystem and gives agents more choice in how they manage utility processes.
As part of the launch, One Utility Bill is offering new Notify customers a £15 commission per tenancy – up from £12.50 – plus a complimentary coffee machine worth more than £300 for their office.
