London based estate agent Stirling Ackroyd, which is part of Leaders Romans Group (LRG), has promoted Alastair Cochrane to Group Sales Director.
Cochrane has worked at Stirling Ackroyd for seven years. Previously Regional Director (Central London), he is now responsible for all Stirling Ackroyd’s sales across London and the Southeast.
Starting his career 16 years ago as a trainee negotiator in Central London he has worked his way up through the ranks consistently delivering exceptional results.
He also recently gained a Level 4 CPAM (Certificate in Property Agency Management) qualification, awarded by Propertymark. This is one of the most advanced qualifications that the industry offers. It is aimed at the most senior professionals in property sales, lettings, commercial and auctions businesses.
CODE OF PRACTICE
The qualification was designed following the recommendation of the Regulation of Property Agents Working Group (RoPA) that estate agents are licensed and adhere to a strict code of practice.
Upon receiving the award, Cochrane now qualifies as a Fellow of both ARLA and NAEA.
