Spitfire Homes has reported a record performance in 2025, delivering 70% growth with 303 homes completed as the housebuilder continues to expand its footprint across the Midlands.
The growth supports Spitfire’s ambition to scale while maintaining its design-led approach, underpinned by a strong land pipeline, high sales rates and an expanded regional presence that has consistently outperformed the wider market.
During the year, the business secured industry recognition after being named Small Housebuilder of the Year 2025 at the Housebuilder Awards and achieving five-star status in its first year of participation in the Home Builders Federation Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Spitfire also strengthened its forward pipeline in 2025 by submitting planning applications for more than 500 new homes across locations including Broadway, Balsall Common and Belbroughton.
RANGE OF HOUSETYPES
All new developments now feature Spitfire’s standardised range of housetypes, designed to support growth and appeal to a broader customer base, alongside the Bespoke Collection, which continues to deliver premium homes in some of the Midlands’ most sought-after locations.

Managing Director, Dave Smith says the strength and quality of Spitfire’s properties and values have been key contributors.
He adds: “Achieving 70% growth signifies a landmark year for Spitfire Homes, underlining the strength of our collections and ability to deliver a quality product. The scale and variety of homes we’ve created spotlights the expertise and talent across the business, from design through to delivery.
“Growing at this scale reflects the commitment and hard work of our employees but also our valued partners and supply chain. The results of 2025 demonstrate that we are delivering on our ambitions while staying true to the quality and design-led ethos that defines Spitfire Homes.”
