Spicerhaart Corporate Sales has appointed David Hunter as client account manager, reflecting the continued growth of demand for professional support in managing residential property assets across the UK market.
Hunter (pictured) joins the firm with almost four decades of experience in the mortgage and property sectors, having worked in senior roles at Rockstead, NatWest Intermediary Solutions and UK Asset Resolution.
At Spicerhaart, he will be responsible for liaising with banks, building societies and mortgage lenders to support the effective disposal or retention of properties, particularly those in financial distress or requiring complex exit strategies.
His background includes credit strategy, compliance, property risk and debt recovery – a combination well suited to an evolving market in which lenders and asset holders are seeking to avoid repossession and instead focus on voluntary solutions.
SIGNIFICANT VALUE
He says: “Spicerhaart has built a fantastic team and a really strong proposition which delivers significant value to all parties involved in the mortgage and property process.
“I look forward to working with our clients, building relationships and identifying new opportunities.”

David Miller, divisional director at Spicerhaart Corporate Sales, says Hunter’s appointment came at a time of heightened activity in the asset management space.
And he adds: “We have continued to see high demand for our services,” he said.
“Our approach enables us to deliver positive outcomes for both the lender and the borrower.”
Spicerhaart Corporate Sales supports a wide range of clients with portfolio reviews, value assessments and voluntary sales to help secure optimal returns and minimise risk.
With distressed assets and assisted sales remaining key components of the market, Hunter’s experience is expected to further enhance the team’s ability to navigate complex property scenarios.
