Skipton Building Society has signed a deal with Move iQ to sponsor its YouTube channel “First Home Focus”.
Move iQ was founded by property expert Phil Spencer and shares advice on all things property and moving home.
The channel is designed to provide first-time home buyers with a wealth of practical, jargon-free advice, helping them navigate the often-complex process of purchasing a home with confidence.
ESSENTIAL TOPICS
Spencer (main picture) hosts the videos alongside a team of Skipton Building Society experts, offering insights on a range of essential topics, from budgeting tips to mortgage guidance and the legal steps involved in purchasing a home.
There are currently 10 episodes available to watch now with a further 20 episodes planned to drop before the end of the year.
INFORMED DECISIONS
Spencer says: “Buying a first home is a significant milestone, but it can also feel overwhelming.
“With First Home Focus, we aim to simplify the process and equip first-time buyers with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
“Our partnership with Skipton Building Society reflects a shared commitment to making this journey as straightforward and supportive as possible.”
