Selway Joyce bolsters heritage offer with KIC merger

Project management and quantity surveying consultancy Selway Joyce has strengthened its position in the heritage and education sectors after merging with Katherine Innes Consulting.

The deal sees founder Katie Innes (main picture, inset) join the business, as Selway Joyce looks to expand its service offering as part of a longer-term growth strategy.
The firm, which is approaching its 70th anniversary, operates across prime residential, independent schools and luxury hospitality, with a portfolio spanning central London developments, new-build homes and the redevelopment of listed buildings.

The addition of KIC is aimed at deepening expertise in complex heritage and cultural projects, as demand grows for specialist project management in these areas.

PROJECT DELIVERY

Innes has built a reputation for delivering high-profile heritage schemes, having worked on projects including Westminster Abbey, National Maritime Museum and Alexandra Palace, alongside work with leading independent schools.

She will now lead project delivery and business development across heritage, culture and education within Selway Joyce.
