Clyde Gateway has appointed Ryden to lead occupational agency and marketing for its £500m Innovation masterplan as the regeneration body moves to accelerate delivery across the East End of Glasgow and South Lanarkshire.
The Innovation masterplan sits at the heart of Clyde Gateway’s long-term strategy to create a nationally significant hub for advanced industries.
Target sectors include life sciences, green energy, digital technology, advanced manufacturing and engineering, with ambitions to attract inward investment and generate thousands of high-value jobs.
Covering Shawfield and Dalmarnock, the scheme will deliver flexible workspaces, laboratories, research facilities, business accommodation and high-quality public realm alongside access to low carbon heat networks. The development is designed to meet the needs of innovation-led occupiers seeking sustainable, well-connected locations.
OCCUPATIONAL MASTERPLAN
Ryden will front the masterplan from an occupational perspective, working alongside the wider advisory team to shape space that aligns with evolving occupier demand. The firm already acts on space at Red Tree Business Suites and Innovation Shawfield and is joint agent with Avison Young on the forthcoming XWorks advanced manufacturing development.
