Russell Quirk is set to become a shareholder in the Property Investor Show, strengthening his involvement with one of the UK’s longest-running and best-known property investment events.
First launched in 2002, the Property Investor Show has become a twice-yearly fixture at London’s Excel Centre, attracting more than 5,000 visitors and over 100 exhibitors at each event. Over its lifetime, the show has welcomed more than 250,000 attendees.
Exhibitors span the breadth of the property sector, including UK and international developers and agents, lenders and brokers, property educators and a wide range of specialist service providers.
The event has built a reputation as a key meeting point for landlords, developers and investors navigating a constantly evolving residential investment market.
CHANGING MARKET
Quirk (main picture, left) has been closely associated with the show since 2022, appearing as a speaker, commentator and host of sector-specific expert panels. These have covered topics including housing market trends, property development, development finance and the implications of recent regulatory change, including the Renters’ Rights Act.
His move into the ownership structure marks a deeper role in the future direction of the show, as organisers look to expand and refresh the offering in response to changing market conditions and investor needs.
INDUSTRY HIGHLIGHT
Quirk says: “I’m delighted to be further involved with Nick, Mike and the team in what is undoubtedly the highlight of the property investor calendar, an event that is famous for helping landlords and would-be investors to navigate the complications, nuances and changes within the resi investment space.
“The PRS has been through a number of challenges of late, politically and economically, and our April show will continue to support the sector in making the very best of this altered landscape.
“And from October’s event onwards we will aim to significantly enhance and grow the Property Investor Show offering.
“My involvement complements the ProperPR business which is going from strength to strength, delivering a 26% increase in revenue to a seven-figure sum last year and which I remain very committed to.”

TEST OF TIME
Nick Clark, founder and director of the Property Investor Show, adds: “The Property Investor Show is the most established event of its kind and has stood the test of time as a reliable friend to landlords, HMO owners and developers where expert advice and tools meet existing and future property entrepreneurs.
“I’m delighted that Russell is now formally a part of the ownership and management of the show and I’m sincerely looking forward to the energy, the ideas and the contacts that he will bring to the team.”
The next Property Investor Show will take place at London’s Excel Centre on April 17 and 18. Admission is free, with visitors required to register in advance.
