ResiSure named Recommended Supplier to the Guild of Property Professionals

ResiSure has been appointed as a Recommended Supplier to The Guild of Property Professionals, part of The Property Franchise Group.

Following a detailed review process ResiSure’s has been formally recognised by Guild Chief Executive Iain McKenzie and Compliance Officer Paul Offley for its potential to significantly benefit Guild members and their landlords.
The decision to include ResiSure in the Guild’s members-only, trusted A–Z of suppliers was based on three key factors: product quality, report accuracy, and compliance support.

From October 2025, under Awaab’s Law, social landlords will be legally required to investigate damp and mould complaints within 14 days, provide written findings within another 14 days, and begin necessary repairs within seven days.

Emergency hazards must be resolved within 24 hours, or tenants must be relocated. While this currently applies to social housing, it sets a clear precedent for higher standards and faster action across the wider rental market.

Matthew Whiting, chief technology officer at ResiSure, says: “We’re delighted to be recognised as a Recommended Supplier.

“This endorsement is not only a testament to the strength of our product, but also a signal to landlords and agents that smart, affordable compliance tools are available – and easy to implement.”

Guild CEO Iain McKenzie adds: “The Guild has, for over 30 years, worked with and supported both our 800+ members and of course the customers that they serve to provide knowledge, integrity and results.

“The changing legislative landscape is challenging for all, especially with the advent of both Awaab’s Law and the wider Renters Rights Bill.

“In ResiSure’s solutions we found a simple, cost effective and future facing product that genuinely helps everyone see the data and information clearly, without prohibitive cost and implementation barriers. It is exactly the type of technology that will help our members do what they do best.”

PLUG-AND-PLAY

ResiSure’s plug-and-play sensors (main picture) offer landlords and agents a fast, cost-effective solution to stay ahead of compliance.

With 24/7 monitoring of damp, mould risk, humidity, temperature and air quality – paired with a clear, visual dashboard – ResiSure enables property professionals to detect problems early, take swift action and clearly demonstrate their duty of care.

And with a 36-month warranty, quick installation, and one of the lowest fees on the market, ResiSure is a scalable solution that delivers results from day one – without disruption to tenants.

James Auger, head of sales at ResiSure, says: “Landlords are under growing pressure to act quickly and document their efforts clearly.

“Our technology gives them the visibility, evidence and confidence they need to stay compliant, avoid legal risk, and protect their tenants.”
