ResiSure named NRLA recognised supplier amid housing reforms

Property monitoring specialist ResiSure has been appointed as a recognised supplier by the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), positioning the company at the forefront of compliance innovation in the UK housing sector.

The move comes as landlords face increasing regulatory demands following the introduction of the Renters’ Rights Act and Awaab’s Law, which set stricter standards for property conditions, tenant safety, and overall compliance across private and social housing.
Under the new partnership, ResiSure will provide more than 100,000 NRLA members with access to advanced environmental monitoring solutions, helping landlords detect and prevent issues such as damp, mould and condensation before they escalate into costly breaches or legal disputes.

The appointment reflects a growing trend towards digital compliance and condition monitoring across the sector, as landlords and property providers seek proactive tools to meet rising legal and tenant expectations.

AHEAD OF THE GAME

James Auger (main picture, right), Head of Sales at ResiSure, says: “Being appointed as a recognised supplier by the NRLA is a huge milestone for us and a proud moment for the entire team.

“From day one, our goal has been to give landlords and property providers the tools to stay ahead of legislation, reduce risk, and protect their tenants.”

AWAAB’S LAW

And he adds: “With the Renters’ Rights Act and Awaab’s Law setting a new benchmark for housing standards, this partnership couldn’t come at a more important time. We’re excited to support NRLA members with the technology they need to ensure every property remains safe, compliant, and fit for the future.”

ResiSure’s IoT-enabled devices allow real-time monitoring of humidity, temperature, and air quality, providing automated alerts and detailed reports.

The company showcased its technology at the NRLA’s UK Housing Conference 2025, highlighting its role in helping landlords meet the sector’s rising regulatory and tenant-focused standards.
