Reposit partners with VervLife across all their BTR and CoLiving homes

Reposit will soon be available to residents at VervLife’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) and CoLiving sites.

As part of this strategic partnership, all of VervLife’s sites across the UK will have the option to choose Reposit as well as the traditional five-week upfront cash deposit.
With Reposit, residents pay a fee of one week’s rent instead of a five-week deposit, subject to passing tenant referencing or providing a UK guarantor.

For BTR operators, the solution removes the barrier for residents accessing units, whilst providing up to eight weeks of protection against unpaid rent and property damage.

STREAMLINING ADMIN

Reposit also streamlines administrative processes at the start and end of tenancy.
