Deposit alternative provider Reposit has partnered with seven letting agency branches within the Your Move franchise network.
Your Move (formerly Edward Rose, six branches) and Letco Homes (one branch) will now offer all tenants Reposit’s FCA-regulated product which gives landlords enhanced protection, with up to eight weeks cover against rent arrears and dilapidations.
It allows tenants to pay a one-week, non-refundable fee instead of a traditional five-week cash deposit.
The partnership covers 2,500 properties across Southsea, Plymouth, Torquay, Newton Abbott, Camborne, Southampton.
LANDLORD PROTECTION
