Deposit alternative provider Reposit has launched a new software integration with Vision+, the tenant referencing and tenancy management platform used by Let Alliance and HomeLet.
The integration allows letting agents using Vision+ to offer Reposit’s deposit alternative within the same lettings journey, removing the need for separate systems and reducing administrative workload.
Under the Reposit model, tenants pay the equivalent of one week’s rent as a non-refundable fee instead of a traditional five-week cash deposit, while landlords receive protection equivalent to eight weeks’ rent against damage and rent arrears at the end of a tenancy.
Reposit says the integration can save agents at least an hour of administration per tenancy, simplify end-of-tenancy processes and create an additional, compliant revenue stream, while also strengthening agents’ value proposition to landlords.
GREATER FLEXIBILITY

Laura Wild, Head of Partnerships at Reposit, said: “By integrating directly with Vision+, we’ve made it seamless for agents to offer Reposit as a tenant option, providing them greater flexibility over their finances.
“Agents will streamline their workflows, save time, and boost efficiency while benefitting from a fully compliant income stream.”

Jo Dickens, Head of Business Development at Let Alliance & HomeLet, adds: “When we created Vision+ we knew we wanted to offer our letting agent partners unrivalled flexibility to build their lettings proposition exactly the way they want to.
“Working alongside Reposit is another step towards this, and we’re delighted to offer their service within our tenancy management platform.”
Let Alliance and HomeLet collectively work with more than 5,000 UK letting agents, providing services including tenancy management, tenant referencing, rent guarantee, utilities, insurance and broadband.
