The Guild of Property Professionals has reported record attendance at its annual Ignite Conference and Awards, held at the QEII Centre in Westminster last week.
The event drew the largest number of delegates in its history, highlighting what the organisation described as growing demand among independent agents for collaboration, shared insight and professional support amid market and regulatory change.
The conference focused on leadership, communication, innovation and performance, with networking a central theme. Members were given opportunities to exchange best practice and engage directly with The Guild’s leadership team, alongside updates on compliance, training and marketing support.
The day concluded with The Guild Awards, recognising service and operational standards across the network. This year’s winners were primarily determined through an independent mystery shopping programme, with all members invited to participate and receive feedback reports.
PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT
Iain McKenzie (main picture), CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, says: “Our Members value being part of a network that provides not just insight and tools, but genuine professional support.
“This conference demonstrated the importance of partnership in helping agents navigate change and build sustainable businesses.”
BEST OF THE BEST
And on the awards, he adds: “The Guild Awards are an important opportunity to recognise the outstanding professionalism, service and commitment demonstrated by our Members.
“This year’s winners represent the very best of independent agency, setting benchmarks for quality, integrity and customer care across the sector. It is a privilege to celebrate their achievements and to showcase the high standards that exist within the Guild network.”
