Reapit has revealed that Britain’s property professionals are a truly global bunch with agents logging into its platform from more than 70 countries over the past year.
According to anonymous data from Reapit Go, the mobile companion to the Reapit platform, the top five holiday hotspots for UK and Irish agents were Spain (23%), Greece (11%), France (10%), the United States (8%) and Portugal (6%).
From sun loungers to ski chalets, agents are proving that great service doesn’t stop when the out-of-office goes on.
Flexibility has become a defining feature of modern agency life. Reapit’s latest Property Outlook Report shows that one in three property professionals now work in hybrid, flexible or fully remote roles – putting the spotlight on technology that keeps teams connected wherever they are.
GLOBAL REACH
With Reapit Go, agents can check in from their phone, tablet or desktop to confirm a viewing, follow up with a lead, or update a property record – often in less than a minute. The app’s 4,000 users (1,000 of whom log in daily) booked 11,000 appointments, made 40,000 calls, and sent over 21,000 WhatsApp and SMS messages while on the move last year alone.
Recent updates have made the platform even faster, reducing the number of taps needed to edit data or complete tasks.
On average, booking a viewing now takes just 66 seconds, while creating a new property record takes 72 seconds – proof that even on the beach, agents can stay on top of their workload without breaking stride.
CLIENT DEDICATION
Steve Richmond (main picture, inset) Reapit’s General Manager in the UK and Ireland, says: “Agents work incredibly hard and fully deserve their place in the sun.
“But the fact that so many agents are logging in from abroad shows their dedication to their customers.
“With Reapit Go, we’re making it easy to stay connected and in control of those essential agency tasks with just a few taps, so agents can get back to their well-deserved breaks sooner.”
