Reapit has rolled out a full Vision+ integration with HomeLet and Let Alliance bringing the VISTA tenant referencing platform and a suite of pre-tenancy management tools directly into its CRM.
The move means agents can now handle the entire pre-tenancy journey – from offers and referencing through to document checks, tenancy agreements and move-in monies – without leaving Reapit. No more jumping between systems or re-entering data.
According to Rightmove, the average rental property now attracts 11 enquiries, more than double the 2019 figure.
The National Residential Landlord Association has also flagged rising risks from forged documents and manipulated financial records.
AI-FRAUD DETECTION
VISTA, now embedded via Vision+, completes more than 70% of references in a single day and spots over 150 potential fraud cases daily.
It uses AI-driven fraud detection, open banking checks, Experian data and even HMRC integrations to paint a clearer picture of an applicant’s financial health and ability to pay rent.
Beyond risk reduction, the integration also opens up revenue opportunities.
Agents can earn up to £300 per property per year from the subscription-free Vision+ services, including rent guarantee policies – which have grown more than 400% year-on-year as agencies brace for the Renters’ Rights Bill.
OPTIMAL VALUE

Mike Dawson, Head of Sales at HomeLet and Let Alliance, says: “It’s a tough market for our customers, every professional letting agent in the country has their eye on risk management, cost control, and revenue growth.
“Our platform is free to use. It provides agents with end-to-end pre tenancy management, and through our new strategic partnership, will provide that journey within the Reapit platform, removing the need to manage processes across both.
“Providing optimal value to letting agents is at the heart of what we do. This was very important to Reapit when deciding on who to partner with.”
RENTERS’ RIGHTS BILL CHANGES
Dr Neil Cobbold (mai picture), Commercial Director at Reapit, adds: “We know from conversations with customers and other agents that landlords are anxious about the changes the Renters’ Rights Bill will bring to the market.
“The most important step is finding the right tenant, which is why we’ve partnered with HomeLet and Let Alliance to bring their powerful VISTA tenant referencing tech to Reapit through Vision+, in addition to their other high-value services.
“We know agents need tools that save time, reduce risk, and help them protect their income. This enhanced integration does all three, right where they need it: inside Reapit.”
