Reapit has entered into a strategic partnership with iamproperty, the proptech firm behind the UK’s largest residential auction service.
The collaboration aims to widen access to auction-based sales for estate agents and increase transaction speed and efficiency across the industry.
The agreement will see the integration of iamproperty’s iamsold platform nto Reapit’s estate agency software.
The move will allow agents using Reapit’s platform to offer auction services directly, enabling faster completions, reduced fall-through rates, and streamlined workflows.
56 DAY COMPLETIONS
According to iamproperty, its auction model enables completions within 56 days, boasts a 95% success rate, and can facilitate payments within seven days, offering clients more choice and greater control over their sale.
The integration will enable agents to automatically synchronise property and client data between the two systems, eliminating the need for duplicate data entry.
Viewing information – including appointments, statuses and feedback – will also be shared automatically across both platforms, helping agents maintain up-to-date records and improve client service.
MORE CONSUMER CHOICE
Jamie Cooke (main picture), Co-Founder of iamproperty, says: “We know from our research that consumers want more choice as well as digitised experiences, in all areas of their lives.
“Our Auction solution enables agents to elevate their opportunities by offering a faster, more secure and digital-first transaction, bringing huge benefits to them and their clients. The rewards are clear, and we’re already working with over 6,500 UK Estate Agency branches.
“Aligning with Reapit will give even more agents access to auction.”
“Aligning with Reapit will give even more agents access to auction, at a time when there’s never been more demand. As part of our ‘your ecosystem your way’ strategy, this partnership enables agents to use the tools that are right for them, whilst minimising the need for duplicate data entry across different systems.”
The partnership comes amid growing interest in auction as an alternative route to sale. iamproperty’s auction transactions now account for over 1% of all UK property sales, reflecting increased demand from both agents and consumers.
