The Propertymark Trust, the charitable arm of Propertymark, has launched a brand-new website designed to make its support easier to access than ever before.
The Trust exists to help members, their families, colleagues, and friends during times of hardship, while also funding qualifications and professional development across the industry.
The upgraded site now offers direct access to grant applications, education funding, and the recently launched Class of 2025 initiative.
Members can apply online in just a few clicks, making it simpler to get involved right from the start.
ADVICE AND SUPPORT
The project was delivered in partnership with Agent Extra, who created a modern, user-friendly platform to showcase the Trust’s mission and values.
Moneypenny has also come on board, providing a dedicated phone number and live chat service so members can connect instantly for advice and support.

Sophie Lang, Trustee of the Propertymark Trust, says: “This is a really exciting step forward for the Trust. Propertymark members now have a website that reflects who we are – support, community, and professionalism. Applying for help or joining initiatives like the Class of 2025 has never been easier.”
And Danny Crowe, Director at Agent Extra, adds: “Every detail was designed to make it easier for members to find and engage with the Trust’s vital support.
“It’s been a privilege to work with such a dedicated team on a

project that will have a real impact across the industry.”
Mark Finlay, Chief Commercial Officer at Moneypenny, says: “Having a real person available to guide members to the right help can make all the difference, especially in times of need. Together, we’re making sure no member ever feels alone when reaching out for support.”
