Propertymark Trust extends Class of 25 initiative

The Propertymark Trust has announced an extension to its Class of 25 initiative, opening applications for a new tranche of scholarship bursaries designed to support those working towards Propertymark qualifications.

Education remains at the core of the Trust’s mission, with financial assistance for those unable to meet the cost of courses and exams forming a central part of its work.
The Class of 25 programme, launched earlier this year, was created to widen access to recognised qualifications in sales, lettings and property management.

Feedback from the first intake has been overwhelmingly positive.

Elise Beauchamp, who works in residential lettings for Tor Estates in Somerset, says: “I’ve been really enjoying my Level Three course so far.

“The material is super informative, I’ve referred back to it several times already.

“The exam process is user friendly and I’m really excited for the opportunities that will be open to me once I’ve qualified.”

A limited number of bursaries covering 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% of the costs of learning materials, Propertymark membership and examination fees are available.

Applicants are required to complete a straightforward application form, including a short statement on why they want to obtain a Level Three qualification.

NEW WEBSITE

The launch of the second tranche of bursaries coincides with the unveiling of the Trust’s new website, www.propertymark-trust.co.uk, where further information and application forms are available.

Applications must be submitted by 30 September 2025, with interviews taking place in October.

Michael Day (main picture), Chair of the Education Group at the Propertymark Trust, says: “We are delighted to be able to extend this fantastic initiative that will provide a number of individuals with a route into qualifications that, in turn, will help underpin their future careers.”

BIG OPPORTUNITY

The Propertymark Trust, the registered charity of Propertymark, was created to provide support to members, their families, and staff.

Alongside educational bursaries, the Trust offers confidential assistance in cases of hardship, whether due to illness, financial strain or other challenges.

For aspiring property professionals, the new round of bursaries represents a significant opportunity to gain qualifications that could transform their careers.
