Propertymark has launched dates for its 2026 Regional Conference programme with early booking figures already reaching record levels as agents seek insight and guidance amid continued market and regulatory change.
Demand has exceeded expectations across several regions, with Essex emerging as one of the strongest performers.
More than 200 delegates have already registered in the county – more than double attendance levels seen in previous years.
Propertymark says the surge reflects the growing value placed on regional, face-to-face engagement, particularly as agents adapt to evolving regulation, housing supply pressures and shifting consumer confidence.
NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES
The conferences are designed to provide practical, locally relevant content, alongside access to expert speakers and peer networking opportunities.
Jason Lee (main image), Head of Commercial at Propertymark, says: “The response to our 2026 Regional Conferences has been exceptional and demonstrates just how valuable these events are to our members.
“Seeing over 200 bookings in Essex alone, more than double that seen previously, underlines the demand for trusted insight, professional support, and meaningful engagement with the issues shaping the property sector.
“This year, we have also added to and adapted our speaking rostrum to reflect changing trends across the industry, ensuring our conferences remain of the utmost relevance and continue to equip agents with practical guidance they can apply in their local markets.”
CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES
The 2026 programme will focus on key challenges and opportunities facing agents, including regulatory reform, home buying and selling changes, housing supply constraints and market confidence.
Propertymark will host conferences across multiple UK regions throughout the year, with further locations and dates set to be announced shortly. With bookings already outpacing previous programmes, members are being encouraged to secure places early to avoid missing out.
