Propertymark is inviting member agents to take part in its annual REACH UK Agent Advisory Board as the industry faces mounting regulatory, operational and technology pressures.
The professional body has confirmed the next Board session will take place on 13 May 2026 in Westminster, bringing together agents and proptech firms in a working environment designed to test new solutions before they reach the wider market.
The initiative, run in partnership with REACH UK, forms part of a wider push to accelerate technology adoption across sales, lettings, compliance and property management as agencies deal with rising costs, tighter regulation and increasing demands for efficiency.
Agents taking part will work directly with companies in the 2026 REACH UK cohort, assessing tools in real-world scenarios with the aim of moving quickly from evaluation to pilot and full deployment.
DEVELOPING SOLUTIONS
REACH UK is a nine-month scale-up programme operated by Second Century Ventures, focused on backing companies developing solutions to structural problems across the property sector, with an emphasis on products that can be implemented in live agency environments.
The Advisory Board is limited to agents already adopting technology within their businesses and is intended to give participants early access to emerging platforms while allowing founders to test products against real operational challenges.
Participants will spend the day in small-group sessions with proptech founders, followed by a structured feedback session led by Propertymark chief executive Nathan Emerson, with discussions centred on regulatory pressure, productivity demands and the continued professionalisation of the sector.
APPLYING INNOVATION

Jason Lee, Head of Commercial at Propertymark, says: “This Board is designed for agents who are actively thinking about how technology fits into their business. It creates a structured way to engage early with solutions and assess what genuinely works in practice.”
Natasha Terinova, Managing Partner at REACH UK, adds: “We work with agents who are not just interested in innovation but are applying it.

“The Agent Advisory Board allows for consistent engagement throughout the programme, starting with the first interaction between the cohort and the industry.”
Since launching in the UK in 2020, REACH UK has worked with more than 40 high-growth companies targeting inefficiencies across the property sector, with a strong focus on practical technology adoption rather than theoretical innovation.
Agents selected for the Advisory Board will be paid for their time when participating outside normal working hours, with places restricted to firms able to demonstrate a clear innovation strategy and active interest in deploying new technology.
